For us, it isn’t about regurgitating facts and figures you have already learned.  It is about the skills you possess and the effort you are willing to put forth to gain the skills you need.

  • English Language ability TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent test score for non-native English speakers.

  • Payment of registration fee

NCU believes in giving credit where credit is due. We also accept credit for examination and prior learning assessments.

Instruction at NCU is provided in English, and the University does not provide English- as- a- Second Language services. Applicants for whom English is a second language must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL®) and have their official TOEFL® score report sent to the Office of Registrar under separate cover.

  • Applicants must receive a TOEFL score of 500 on the paper – based test or 61 on the Internet – Based test (IBT).
  • Alternatively, an applicant may enroll in the University’s EN111 Composition I course online as a non – degree student. The University will accept a grade of C or better as proof of English proficiency.

Applicants with transcripts not in English must be evaluated by an appropriate third party and translated into English or evaluated by a trained transcript evaluator fluent in the language on the transcript. In this case, the evaluator must have expertise in the educational practices of the country of origin and include an English translation of the review.

International students who do not have US government photo identification will need to produce two forms of alternative photo identification during proctored examinations in order to verify identity. International students must also pay a one-time registration fee of $200.00
