New Charter University represents one of the most affordable post-secondary options available in the U.S. today.  With our affordable tuition and fees, many students are able to pay out-of-pocket and avoid the burden of student loan debt.  NCU is an even greater value because students can take as many courses per term as they can successfully complete. This saves time and money. We operate on 12-week terms and charges a monthly tuition rate per degree level.

Textbooks

Tuition and fees do not include cost for books and study materials. Obtaining books and study materials for courses are the responsibility of the student. Textbooks are not mandatory and each course contains learning resources that cover course objectives.

NCU does not participate in federal or state financial aid programs. If you obtain a loan to pay for this educational program, then you will have the responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less any refund. New Charter University does not currently authorize the deferment of student loans obtained for schooling at other institutions.

If you are eligible for a loan guaranteed by the federal or state government and you default on that loan, both of the following may occur: (1) The federal or state government or a loan guarantee agency may take action against you, including applying any income tax refund to which you are entitled to reduce the balance owed on the loan. (2) You may not be eligible for any other federal student financial aid at another institution or other government assistance until the initial loan is repaid.
